Two-time Emmy® Award winner Deborah Norville is anchor of INSIDE EDITION, the nation’s number one daily newsmagazine. Dr. John L. Hennessy is Chair of the Board of Alphabet, Inc. and served on the Board of Directors for Cisco Systems. He is the Director of Knight-Hennessy Scholars, the largest fully endowed graduate-level scholarship program in the world. John has been heralded for the impact he had as the tenth President of Stanford University, a position he held for 16 years. A computer scientist at heart, John co-founded MIPS Computer Systems and Atheros Communications. Dr. Chelsea Finn is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Stanford University, the William George and Ida Mary Hoover Faculty Fellow, and a co-founder of Physical Intelligence (Pi). Her research interests lie in the capability of robots and other agents to develop broadly intelligent behavior through learning and interaction. To this end, her work has pioneered end-to-end deep learning methods for vision-based robotic manipulation, meta-learning algorithms for few-shot learning, and approaches for scaling robot learning to broad datasets. Chelsea’s research has been recognized with awards such as the Sloan Fellowship, the IEEE RAS Early Academic Career Award, and the ACM doctoral dissertation award and has been covered by various media outlets, including The New York Times, Wired, and Bloomberg. Before joining Stanford, she received her Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and her PhD in Computer Science from UC Berkeley.

Dr. Tsu-Jae King Liu is the Dean of the College of Engineering at UC Berkeley, and recently received the IEEE Founders Medal. Early in her career, she joined the faculty of the UC Berkeley, where she has held various administrative leadership positions. Dr. Liu has authored or co-authored over 550 publications and holds over 90 patents. She is an IEEE Fellow and an elected member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering. She earned her B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Dr. Asu Ozdaglar leads the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department and is the Deputy Dean of Academics for the Schwarzman College of Computing at MIT. Her research focuses on technical and societal aspects of large-scale data-driven systems. Asu’s expertise includes optimization, machine learning, economics, and networks. In recent years, she has investigated data ownership and markets, the spread of misinformation on social media, economic and financial contagion, and social learning. In addition, she has an active research program on large-scale optimization, especially in the context of machine learning. Asu received her PhD Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and her Bachelor’s from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey.

Dr. Jennifer Widom is the Frederick Emmons Terman Dean of the School of Engineering and the Fletcher Jones Professor in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. She served as Computer Science Department Chair from 2009-2014 and School of Engineering Senior Associate Dean from 2014-2016. She was a Research Staff Member at the IBM Almaden Research Center before joining the Stanford faculty. Her research interests span many aspects of nontraditional data management. She is an ACM Fellow and a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the American Academy of Arts & Sciences; she received a Guggenheim Fellowship, the ACM SIGMOD Edgar F. Codd Innovations Award, the ACM-W Athena Lecturer Award, and the EPFL-WISH Foundation Erna Hamburger Prize. Jennifer received her Bachelor's degree from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and her Computer Science Ph.D. from Cornell University.

Dr. Judith Spitz is the Founder and CEO of Break Through Tech, a national initiative on a mission to change the path to power and influence in an AI-enabled world. Break Through Tech’s AI program is the largest of its kind in the country; focused on preparing underrepresented undergraduate students for jobs in the AI industry. From 2005-2016, she was a Chief Information Officer at Verizon. Forbes named her to their 2021 50 over 50 Women of Impact list. Dr. Sarah H. Cen is a Postdoctoral Scholar at Stanford and an incoming Assistant Professor at CMU. Dr. Cen recently finished her PhD at MIT in EECS, where she was a proud Thriving Star of AI and advised by Prof. Aleksander Mądry and Prof. Devavrat Shah. At Stanford, she works with Prof. Daniel Ho and Prof. Percy Liang in a joint position between the Department of Computer Science and the Law School. Dr. Cen's research is focused on the intersection of machine learning and AI accountability, exploring how computer science, law, and policy come together to ensure that AI is developed and deployed responsibly. Nicole Johnson is a social impact leader who is interested in utilizing business to create a more just and sustainable world. Sarah Hinkfuss is a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures where she works with growth-stage founders in application software and fintech.  Before joining BCV, Sarah was a Vice President on the Tech Opportunities team at Bain Capital, and worked as an Associate in KKR’s Growth Equity group in San Francisco. Fern Mandelbaum is a Managing Director at Emerson Collective, where she leads early-stage investing. Dr. Joy Buolamwini is a computer scientist and poet of code who uses art and research to illuminate the social implications of artificial intelligence. She founded the Algorithmic Justice League to create a world with more equitable and accountable technology. Her MIT thesis methodology uncovered racial and gender bias in AI services and as a result, numerous companies stepped back from selling facial recognition technology to law enforcement. Dr. Joy’s journey is depicted in the critically acclaimed documentary Coded Bias and national best seller Unmasking AI, which sheds light on the risks AI poses to civil rights and democracy. Dr. Joy has written op-eds on the impact of AI for publications like TIME Magazine and the New York Times. A Rhodes Scholar and Fulbright Fellow, Dr. Joy has been named to notable lists including Forbes 30 under 30, Bloomberg50, Time Next 100, The World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders, and Fortune Magazine named her "the conscience of the AI revolution." Paula Goldman is Salesforce’s first-ever EVP, Chief Ethical and Humane Use Officer. In her role, she leads Salesforce in creating a framework to build and deploy ethical technology that optimizes social benefit. Prior to Salesforce, Paula served as Vice President, Global Lead, Tech and Society Solutions Lab, at Omidyar Network, a social impact investment firm established by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar. Paula has extensive entrepreneurial experience managing frontier market businesses, ranging from managing an affordable private school in rural India to a micro-enterprise syndicate in post-war Bosnia. Additionally, Paula is currently serving as a member of the National AI Advisory Commitee (NAIAC) on the Safety, Trust and Rights working group. Miriam Vogel has extensive experience establishing best practices for legal and regulatory compliance and responsible AI governance practices within Fortune 100 companies. She is the President and CEO of EqualAI, a nonprofit created to reduce bias and other harms in AI and promote responsible AI governance. She also serves as Chair of the National AI Advisory Committee, mandated by Congress to advise the President and White House on AI policy. Miriam has served in many leadership positions across the U.S. government, most recently, as Associate Deputy Attorney General at the Department of Justice, advising the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General. Under the direction of Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, Miriam led the creation and development of the Implicit Bias Training for Federal Law Enforcement. She served in the White House in two Administrations, including as the Acting Director of Justice and Regulatory Affairs. She led the President's Equal Pay Task Force to promote equality in the workplace. She also advised White House leadership on initiatives ranging from women, LGBT, economic, regulatory and food safety policy to criminal justice matters. Miriam has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and Graduate degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Katya Echazarreta moved to the United States from Mexico at the age of eight. In 2022, she made history as the first Mexican-born woman in space, chosen by Space for Humanity to participate in a mission studying the "Overview Effect." She has worked on five NASA missions to date. Katya began her academic journey at San Diego City College, where she joined the Society of Women Engineers and later transferred to UCLA, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Aicha Evans is the CEO of Zoox, a subsidiary of Amazon, which is developing autonomous vehicles that provide mobility as a service. Dr. Alexis Bjorlin is vice president and general manager for DGX Cloud at NVIDIA. Ece Kamar is the VP of Research and the Managing Director of the AI Frontiers Lab at Microsoft Research. She leads research and development towards pushing the frontiers of AI capabilities. Ece has a decade of experience studying the impact of AI on society and developing AI systems that are reliable, unbiased and trustworthy. She has been instrumental in building the Responsible AI efforts inside Microsoft. She serves as Technical Advisor for Microsoft’s Internal Committee on AI, Engineering and Ethics. Kathy Pham is vice president of artificial intelligence at Workday. She is the first Workday AI ambassador and hosts the AI Horizons video series. In addition to her role at Workday, Kathy is a senior advisor at Mozilla, having co-founded the Mozilla Builders Incubator and Mozilla Responsible Computing. She’s on the faculty at Harvard University, where she teaches the Product Management and Society course and co-founded the Ethical Tech Working Group. Michael C. Dr. Anirudh Devgan is President and CEO of Cadence and is a member of the Board of Directors. Brandi Chastain is a two-time FIFA World Cup champion, two-time Olympic gold medalist and inductee to the National Soccer Hall of Fame. The photo of her peeling off her jersey after scoring the winning goal for Team USA in the 1999 World Cup penalty shootout against China is one of the most iconic moments, and photos, in sports. Brandi is now a co-founder of Bay FC, the first National Women’s Soccer League team in the Bay Area. Brandi grew up in San Jose, attended Archbishop Mitty High School, UC Berkeley and later, Santa Clara University. Despite enduring multiple knee injuries and surgeries, Brandi had a remarkable college career and was recognized as an All American and as the nation’s top female collegiate player. After a successful professional soccer career, Brandi became a coach and a commentator and analyst for ABC, NBC, and ESPN. She founded the Bay Area Women’s Sports Initiative, teaching leadership skills to underserved girls by connecting them with female collegiate athletes. She received a Bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University.
